Any best online MBA program has recognized documentation once you complete the course. Well prepared and signed certificates are issued so that you can present any where for employment. Grades are clearly indicated and personal reference mentioned if you have any doubt. Some colleges will even send back your graded assignments and offer recommendation letters on request.
