For any one to qualify for MBA degree online, one must have; a bachelors degree in the relevant field, some experience gained on the job and fairly good or excellent ability to grasp fast. The experience helps analyze the past situation versus the new mode of working which will be instilled on you. If you do not have a job and experience you would be better placed in normal MBA course. The latter is so wide that it needs more time to finish. Sometime it ties learning and internship which act as a boost for your experience. The internship offers a platform to practice what you have learnt in class.

It’s very hard to get the right words to drum up the importance and advantages of an online executive MBA program. What amazes me is the ability to learn as I enjoy the benefits of a normal professional. Despite being that it’s bad office etiquette, I can read on topic when the boss is not around. A normal executive MBA is the opposite of the online one. You carry books around, meet for those time consuming discussion groups and have to keep visiting the library.
